Can Nigeria support 400 million people?
The writer in the link seems to think Nigeria can’t. Nigeria in some years will overtake the US (currently 300 million) as the 3rd most populous country on earth.
Does Nigeria have the land space other big populations like India, China and the US have? No. Desertification is a big problem and I don’t see Cameroon (our neighbour) being very understanding toward a Nigeria facing population explosion.
That means our politicians have to set the house in order now. They need to get serious. But will they?
They are more interested in filling their pockets with stolen wealth -meant for development- and buying more cars than they need.

Nigeria can support 400m people with the right leaders in place, our population should be our strength.
