      Some people believe money is everything meanwhile that is not true, health is everything. When someone has money and not sound health is as good as nothing so therefore safeguard your health cause health is wealth.

Good health means not only the absence of disease in the body but a complete physical, mental, social as well as spiritual well-being of an individual.
