Waking up early or late

Nice time to sleep and wake up

I usually sleep around 9pm and wake up around 6am

Sleep is very important

We need to sleep well no matter what

Waking up early has more advertises over waking up late

To sleep early implies waking up early too and vise versa

Had it been you’ve been sleeping earlier than that you will wake up earlier than 7am

Not about people noticing you alone you will be late to work or wherever you wish to go for the day
