The normal iodized salt (a.k.a table salt) can raise blood pressure. So it is wise to cut down on ‘table’ salt. On this a safer alternative may be pink (Himalayan) salt which have been found not to increase blood pressure. This is just for information purposes, and is not definite medical advice.

You can find it in big shops. Some know it as Pink salt, others know it as Himalayan salt. But in case you case you don’t find it online, you can also find it in Jumia.
