So, Prophet Odumeje’s church was demolished in line with Anambra State Governor Soludo’s supreme aim of restoring the Onitsha urban masteplan. If you know Governor Soludo, when he wants to do something, he doesn’t care if you are a big man or not.

According to unconfirmed reports the famous Prophet Odumeje was trying to resist the demolition of his church.

But some members of the task force who should bhave just restrained him assaulted him. It took the intervention of other officers to stop the assault.

I am not against the government demolishing his church if they believe it was along the waterway or so. My anger is how the security personnel where assaulting him. It’s very wrong. Atleast He deserves some respect
