      See as flood waters started pouring into a barbing salon. Government needs to do everything to create proper drainage systems…

      The contribution of public individuals to the economic development is nothing to write home about. Why would people use rain as an opportunity to dispose their refuses all the time? Disposing refuses in the gutter during raining time aids flooding.
