Bill designed to force states to provide land for cattle ranching rejected

The law makers saw the iron-clad resolution among the people of the South and North Central against this and decided to backtrack.

Kano State has said they are ready to provide land for herdsmen to come ranch their cattle. They should be thanked for this and their offer taken up.

The beauty of the Kano Solution is that the South and the North Central would not protest that their ancestral lands are being taken to give to herdsmen from another area of the country.

Governor Ganduje who suggested this needs to be given the Nobel Peace Prize.
