In an article on the ban on open grazing, the BBC described Benue State, which is in North Central Nigeria as being in South East Nigeria! A controversial ban on open cattle grazing comes into force today in south-east Nigeria’s Benue state. http://www.bbc.com/news/live/world-africa-41513831 Is this an error or was it intentional?
