CBN Moves To Remove Billionaire Oba Otudeko From Board Of First Bank

Sahara Reporters sources said Heritage Bank, which is co-owned by Mr. Ayeni and Senate President Bukola Saraki, is next in line for a takeover by the Central Bank, which is also looking to force out Oba Otudeko from the board of First Bank of Nigeria due to his indebtedness of about N82 billion.

Following their takedown of Tunde Ayeni of Skye Bank, they also want to target Bukola Saraki’s Bank Heritage Bank. So Saraki is facing both political and business headaches at the moment.

Recall that Saraki’s former bank Societe Generale also faced similar fate years ago. In the next few days, you will hear more about the attacks on the financial investments of these guys, but with the extension of the holidays to Thursday, news may come next week rather than this week.
